Crown Auto Paint has grown over the years as our customer base expanded and our productivity increased. We have found that being involved in an accident or having your car stolen is stress enough for most people. Therefore we try to make this process of repairing the damage as stress-free as possible. We request that our customers call the insurance companies to report the claim, and after you call our office with the claim number, we can handle the rest of it for you. We can pick up your car, or get it towed to our shop if it is not drivable. Then we will arrange for a rental car if you need one. The insurance company will be contacted to set up a date when their appraiser will inspect your vehicle at our facility. After the appraiser has left and we receive their estimate, we will start the necessary work to return your car to its pre-accident condition. We will be in contact with the insurance company to make sure all paperwork is completed to expedite your claim, and we will make sure that the payment is mailed. We can even deliver the car back to you. It doesn’t get much simpler than this.
